Top 5 things to do during this quarantine days

Hello everyone. Hope everything is doing great. Continue to stay safe and enjoy the days with family. 

COVID-19. This word has become a buzz word and where ever we go out or put our ears to, we hear this word. Initially we were super scared, and now to be honest we started living with corona. 

Basically the whole world was scared, since the disease is new and no one has the immune power to fight against it.

What are the top 5 things which we can do during this quarantine days?


1. Be thankful to god.



 Yes, that's right. We should be thankful to god for adding one day to our life span. During this pandemic, the whole world was going through this tough time and many have lost their loved ones. But you and me are still here reading this content.

2. Move here and there a bit (Exercise)  🏃



Since the whole world is locked down, the people all over started thinking about the alternative which is required to do their daily job. And the technology had made these things very convenient due to which we all tend to stick to the chair.

Do some basic exercise and i can do few things which can be done.
  • Do some regular stretches in the morning.
  • Casual walk on the terrace for 20 mins.
  • Have a water bottle with you and that makes you to walk just to fill your water bottle.
  • Try to climb your building stairs at least once.
  • Do not sit in the chair for more than 1 hour continuously.

3. Do a sky watch 🌑🌕

 


Some people are really interested to do this, but not everyone find this interesting. Yes, i'm talking about gazing at the sky. The world is such a beautiful place but unfortunately we forget to admire the creation of god. We are sticking so much to our gadgets and other virtual things, but we are really missing something really beautifully created by god just for us. 

Go to the terrace, hear your favorite music and just gaze at the sky.

4. Try to find your hidden chef 🍲🥘🥫



Most of us love to eat, but do we really love cooking? Absolutely not, because it is such a big process right from getting the vegetables/groceries till getting it into your plate as the final dish. But we have so much of time left in this world, so why shouldn't we try the art of cooking.

With that being said, try the art of cooking and discover the next big chef in you and enjoy the healthy food with family.

5. Spread Love  💓




The final thing you could do just sitting at home is spread love. Yes, there are so many souls in this world longing for love. 

  • Call your mom/dad and say thank you for all the things/sacrifices they have done in the past. 
  • Call your old friend, to whom you stopped talking in the past. Say them sorry, and renew your relationship.
  • Just a kind gesture in the traffic signal would make their day happy. 
  • Offer someone a meal that they will never forget in their life.

Stay happy. We came into this world bringing nothing and the same goes when we leave this world.

Life is how we make other people happy between our DOB - DOD.
